Hi All You Quiz Takers, Poem Lovers, and Photography Fans,

Listen, please remain calm! 

Not least because I am in two minds myself about further bothering your e-mail boxes.

My side project for this upcoming year is a personal data book (Day Book) for which I hope to find a publisher either in book form (size A5, 6”x 8”) or as a computer app. And maybe make some money.

It will have the following features:

1. At the top of the page, the book owner will have room to record birthdays, anniversaries, books read, movies seen, trips made, etc.

2. Below it will come two photos from Holly, Johs, Britta, or me.

3. There will be a poem written by a poet born on that day, if I can find a good one; otherwise I shall choose a short poem that I hope will appeal to you. (In all likelihood, you will have seen some of these before.)

4. In the remaining space, I shall include some quotes from people born on that day. If no birthday people said anything worth repeating, I might slip in another poem, or else include a brief passage in prose, probably from works of fiction that have moved me. 

I believe some of you did not get my daily  e-mail in the format in which I set it, namely, the quiz, a photo, a poem, a photo, a poem, and the answers. Therefore, I am sending the attachment both as a word file and as a pdf file. If the word file and pdf file look more or less the same, use the word file, because: A. you can enlarge it, B. the print is clearer,  and C. you can write on it. Otherwise use the pdf file. (By the way, you can get an app so that you can write on pdf files.)

If this does not interest you at all, just say so! I won’t mind a bit.

Or you can try it for a week or so to see what you think.

And feel free to bow out any time.
