— an inch or two of sparkly snow
Good Morning All,
I’m glad I put several scoops of fresh kibble out for the birds just before going to bed last night. It was all under the snow this morning, of course, but the birds know where to go and scratch around.
At the moment my WiFi is acting up. The bar at the top says I am getting, as usual, a strong signal (all four arcs), but it stays on for only a second or two before it reverts to “looking for WiFi”. I very much hope it’s somehow snow related. If thousands of people are having the same problem, I can hope it will get fixed. If I’m the only one, the chances of my being able to fix it are about one grain of sand on that beach I mentioned yesterday.
Although my tv works, neither my iPhone nor my Kindle are connecting. My last received message was from Holly around 1:00 this morning. Since then, there has been nothing. I feel like the captain of the submarine in Nevil Shute’s On the Beach desperately trying to make radio contact with someone.
My stomach acidity at the moment, at the thought of being Internet-less for any length of time, is up there at around the strength to eat through steel.
… Thirty minutes later, okay, I’m over here at Esther’s now, where her WiFi is working fine.
One way or the other, I shall keep you posted!
Go Well and Stay Well,
Bhekaron
